Ski Dubai

World’s first Indoor Snow Resort with 5 different runs, a 3,000 sq. m. snow play area and left / right turn combinations.

Design and Construction completed in 3 years (part of a 400,000 sq. m. Shopping Centre(Mall of the Emirates) opener in November 2005.

Ski Dubai is a mammoth success both from an attraction to the Shopping Mall and from a customer throughput / headspend and satisfaction viewpoint.

The Snow Play area is a major attraction in it’s own right and attracts children and adults alike.

The scope of work for ASCL includes: Building and Slope Geometry, Cooling, Snowmaking, Ski Lifts, Interior Design, Snow Grooming, Insulation, Coldside MEP and slope safety as well as Fire Engineering.
